Is United Fresh holding both an in-person Convention & Expo is Los Angeles, and an online expo?

Yes! When you buy any registration option, you’ll get immediate access to our online expo where you can review new products and connect with exhibitors. We’ll also offer exclusive access to educational webinars and networking sessions leading up to our June event in LA. What COVID-related precautions is United Fresh taking for in-person attendees?

We are following the recommendations of the CDC in partnership with the Los Angeles Convention Center, LA County and the state of California. Visit our COVID FAQ’s section to learn more.

 

How do credentialed members of the media register for a free badge?

To register as an editorial member of the media, contact Mary Coppola, Vice President of Marketing & Communications at 202-303-3425. Be prepared to provide your name, email, phone number, publication name and website, and your role with the publication.

 

What is the refund policy if the in-person convention in Los Angeles is cancelled?

All registrants who purchased the All Access pass for $600 will be refunded the difference from the Virtual Only package of $250, and will still be allowed full participation online. In-person Expo Only registrations will be converted to Virtual Only at no additional cost.

 

What if I want to cancel registration completely?

All registrations may be cancelled before May 15 at the attendee’s discretion, with a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. You will then no longer have access to the United Fresh Online Expo or any related educational/networking opportunities. After May 15, no refunds will be provided.
