With demand growing rapidly for controlled environment production, many indoor growers are exhibiting at United Fresh to reach retail and foodservice customers. To also meet these growers’ production needs, United Fresh now launches a new Controlled Environment Production pavilion focused on tools and technologies that help indoor growers succeed. Controlled environment growers, vertical farms and similar farming innovators will find new ideas and tools to help build their farms of the future.
New in 2019, the International Trade Center brings together country pavilions and government agencies from a variety of North American trading partners. If you import from or export to partners outside of North America, be sure look at placing your own exhibit in or adjacent to this major international hub.
This destination area will feature kid-friendly produce snacks, ideal for healthy snacking and back-to-school retail displays, c-store fresh snacks, and K-12 school foodservice buyers looking to increase the variety of produce offered in school meal and snack programs.
The media center brings the trade and national media to the show floor to engage attendees and exhibitors alike and to conduct interviews, and host podcasts.

New for 2020! United Fresh is creating the first Commodity Board Resource Center, a new display and discussion area within the United Fresh Convention & Expo. This destination center will allow attendees to visit with multiple commodity boards to learn about categories of interest through discussion sessions hosted by participants.
