Attendees joined with customers and colleagues for a great lunch right on the expo floor. New this year, lunches included produce items incorporated into entrees and beverages, providing great taste and opportunities to try our sponsors’ products.


Attendees were able to choose from four menus, each featuring a protein or vegetarian option.


Urban American Garden by California Giant Berries

Choose from: Fresh garden greens super salad with quinoa, kale, California Berry Farms blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries and sunflower seeds; or fresh garden greens, chilled corn, bean and roast pumpkin salad. Add protein to either salad with a choice of roast tofu or roast chicken breast.


South of the Mediterranean by Lakeside Produce

Mediterranean Chicken: a bright, savory chicken breast served with traditional tomato, cucumber and pepper salad, hummus and pita; or replace the chicken with falafel for a vegetarian option.


Luzita's Taco Bowls by Renaissance Food Group

Choose from: warm tortillas with shredded chicken, firecracker slaw, cilantro and lime; crisp corn chips and fresh pico de gallo; or warm tortillas with pork carnitas, firecracker slaw, crisp corn chips and fresh pico de gallo.


Jamaican by Sunkist

Choose from: citrus jerk chicken with lemon and orange, peas and rice, and small salad; or curried fish with fresh lime, peas and rice, lettuce and tomato salad.



Beverage Station

Serving a variety of cold drinks, and also featuring Sunkist’s orange cranberry lemonade!


* Your All Access Package includes two lunch tickets; one per day, Tuesday, June 11 and Wednesday, June 12. Lunch tickets also will be available for purchase at United Fresh Registration at McCormick Place Convention Center.
